This summer we started looking at ways to make the lives of older people easier and to remove worries relating to managing their affairs. We initially thought that a senior-focussed PAs service, with various protections for the safety of vulnerable clients, would be best.

However, as we researched the opportunity further we noticed that (1) many older people didn’t like being marketed to as “old”, and (2) many of our working-age friends found the idea of getting help with their life admin very attractive.
